How the referral program works.

You must be attributed as the referrer before the stylist becomes a bex+Co. member. Attribution has to happen before they sign up.

Your tracked referral link is the normal way we prove a referral. Use your personal link every time you share.

A referral made without the link can still count, but only if you tell us in writing before the stylist contacts bex+Co. Email or text us their name first.

If two referrers claim the same referral, the first one we can prove wins. We go by timestamps.

A stylist who was already talking with bex+Co. before your referral does not qualify. The lead has to be new.

You cannot refer yourself. Signing yourself up through your own link does not qualify for the reward.

Only participating locations qualify. Right now that's Austin corporate salons and Liberty Hill. This list can grow, but a new location never applies backward to a referral you already made.

A qualifying membership means the stylist signs a full membership agreement, makes their first payment, and stays active through day 30 with no refund and no cancellation.

We pay your reward after the 30-day qualifying period ends, by Venmo or PayPal, whichever you chose when you signed up.

We may ask you to fill out a W-9 before we send your payout. This is normal for a reward of this size.

bex+Co. can suspend or remove any referrer who abuses the program or breaks these rules, including fake referrals or spam.

Follow the rules of whatever platform you use to share your link. If that platform requires you to disclose a paid referral relationship, you must disclose it.

Reward values can change for future referrals. They never change, up or down, for a referral that already qualified.

Each bex+Co. location decides on its own whether to join this program, and pays for its own referral rewards. Not every location may participate.

This is a pilot program. We're still learning what works. Rules and rewards may change as the program grows.
